Print Poster Specifications
Posters should be standard A0 in portrait orientation (Height 1189mm x Width 841mm). A poster board will be allocated to each poster presenter.
- Your poster board number and location will be issued to you in advance of the meeting.
- Please note that your poster board number will be different from your abstract submission reference number.
- Onsite staff will help you to locate your poster board. Velcro will be provided to attach your poster.
If you have had more than one poster accepted and do not intend on presenting all accepted posters, please let us know to assist with our planning.
Electronic Copy
You can also upload an electronic copy of your poster for display. Please note this is in addition to a printed poster — not in place of.

- Font size: no smaller than 18
- Max file size: 2MB
Before Monday, 11th May 2026 at 10pm, please upload your ePoster as a 1-page PDF file in portrait orientation by visiting https://idsociety.ie/abstract and entering your email address and abstract submission reference code.
As you upload your PDF file, please indicate 3 keywords which will be tagged for searchability.
